If your WPI equipment malfunctions or breaks, you need service as quickly as possible.
To expedite the process, complete this online form.
Do not return any product to WPI without first obtaining a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
If a defective product is still under warranty, it will be repaired (or replaced, at WPI's discretion) at no cost to you.
Out-of-warranty products will first be evaluated and a repair cost submitted for your approval before any repairs are made.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking/handling fee.
Restock fee may be waived at WPI's discretion if another item of equal or greater value is purchased and original item is returned in original packaging.
WPI assumes no responsibility for equipment damaged in transit if shipped in other than approved packaging.
Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of original purchase.
Batteries are not covered under warranty.
Requests for battery replacements will incur a charge.
All non-warranty repairs will incur a $75 bench fee even if the product is found to be working.
An estimate of repairs will be provided once the product is received and tested.
