| It takes a long time and a lot of work to grow a batch of cells, so you’ll want to make certain that your test apparatus is functioning properly. SynCel provides a quick and positive way to test STX electrodes, EVOMs, and Endohm and Ussing chambers. This special cell culture insert is coated with WPI’s proprietary conductive membrane which mimics a confluent epithelial membrane’s resistance in fluid. SynCel will stay fairly constant for several years. New to this family is SynCel-Snap for the Corning Costar Snapwell. It can be used to test either EndOhm-24SNAP or the CHM5 Ussing Chamber. |
