Pumps and Microinjection
WPI carries a wide variety of fluid handling tools utilizing three
different technologies: peristaltic pumps, syringe pumps, and pneumatic
injectors. Our NanoFil specialty syringe system has versatile research
applications with its extremely low dead volume, unique design for
controlled manual injections, and needles as small as 36 gauge. For help in selecting a pump, see the Choosing the Correct Pump article.
Microsyringe Pumps
Our microsyringe pumps are perfect for a wide range of applications
including intracellular injection, micro delivery of biochemical agents
or dyes, cell separation, and in vitro fertilization. These pumps
accept syringe sizes 0.5 microliter to 1mL.

NanoFil
With the world's smallest dead volume, this specially designed syringe
can inject sub-microliter volumes with unique 33-36 gauge needles.

Peristaltic Pumps
Peristaltic pumps provide accurate and precise pumping in a variety of
flow rates and speed. The miniature version conserves bench space and
the digital versions are available with 2-, 4-, and 8-channel.

Pneumatic Pumps
Use our PicoPumps for repeatable microinjection in volumes ranging from
picoliters to nanoliters. These pumps use carefully regulated air
pressure for securing cells and injecting them with fluid.

Syringes
Here you find a selection of standard syringes chosen specifically to work with WPI pumps.

Syringe Pumps
Microprocessor-controlled syringe pumps for applications requiring high
metering precision at low, pulse-free rates. Available with a variety
of features including infuse/withdraw, push/pull, alarm options, and
multi-syringe versions.
