BI-2000 offers superior flexibility with a
choice of flow cells and high sensitivity. You can measure binding constants
down to a few pM
Flow cell modules are available for specific applications
like DNA sequencing, protein/protein interaction, ligand/receptor recognition
and drug development. You can even conduct electrochemical SPR analysis with
the optional EC cell module. (This model will not do gas phase SPR.)
Since it only measures the position shift of the dip, it
offers a highly sensitive detection scheme to measure extremely small angle
changes of the SPR. As long as the SPR angle resides inside the angle spread,
the system delivers exceptionally high angular resolution in its measurement.
The system comes with a precision data acquisition system,
and control and analysis software for your PC. Also included is a programmable
syringe pump.
